Hearing Officer – Business Licenses

Sec. 7-33 Code of Ordinances.

Purpose

Any applicant who is denied an initial or renewal business license, or has a license suspended or revoked, shall be entitled to a hearing before a hearing officer, appointed by City Council, to determine if grounds for denial, non-renewal, suspension or revocation exists under sections 7-22 or 7-27.
